ID Velvet is a silicone-based lubricant, and almost everything follows from that: one drop is enough, it does not sink into the skin, it stays put, and it holds up in water. With latex condoms it gets along without any problem - unlike a plant oil, which makes latex brittle. The bottle also says „Formulated in Germany“.
