1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with DS Shopping GmbH.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We do not store the contract text.
4. Delivery conditions

5. Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

6. Payment
In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:
advance payment
If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
PayPal Plus

If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, and your card will be charged at the request of PayPal. If you choose the payment method Direct debit you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal will ask its bank to initiate the payment transaction. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and the order has been placed, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay to PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. If you have already concluded the installment payment transaction, you must cancel the installment payment transaction within 30 days at the latest and pay the agreed interest for the period between the conclusion of the contract and the declaration of cancellation. In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that is activated for participation in Sofort, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will then be carried out by Sofort immediately and your account will be debited.
Cash on pickup
You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.
Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay you can pay in our shop using the payment and shipping information from your Amazon customer account. You do not need to create another account, neither with us nor with Amazon Pay. Your existing Amazon account sends us all the necessary information. This makes your shopping experience even faster, easier and safer.
