1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with DS Shopping GmbH.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products non-bindingly in the shopping cart and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We do not store the contract text.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed information on any shipping costs that may apply in the offers.
You generally have the option of picking up your order at DS Shopping GmbH, Sachsenweg 9, 59073 Hamm, Germany during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
5. Right of Withdrawal Instruction

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving any reason.
Note: The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).
The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

If you use the online form, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 100 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Subsequently, shipping costs may be charged if, due to a partial withdrawal, the free shipping limit is no longer met.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 100 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

6. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
PayPal Express
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate yourself with your access data to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately after confirming the payment instruction. Further information can be found during the ordering process.
If you have chosen credit card as the payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out by your credit card company immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, at PayPal's request, and your card is charged. Further information can be found during the ordering process.
If you have chosen the direct debit payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal instructs its bank to initiate the payment transaction. If you have chosen the invoice payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and submission of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. Payment modalities and interest rates
When purchasing on installment, you will be informed about all essential contractual conditions in the sense of the pre-contractual information requirements of Directive 2008/48/EC on consumer credit agreements in our data entry mask and in information provided to you for storage afterwards. This information will also be sent to you electronically by Paypal in a retrievable form directly after the contract has been concluded.
You can revoke your declaration of contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins after the conclusion of the contract, but only after you have received all mandatory information according to § 492 paragraph 2 BGB (e.g., information on the type of loan, information on the net loan amount (cash price), information on the contract term). You have received all mandatory information if it is contained in the copy of your application intended for you or in the copy of the contract document intended for you or in the contract document and such a document has been provided to you. Consequences of withdrawal
Insofar as you have already concluded the installment payment transaction, you must withdraw from the installment payment transaction within 30 days at the latest and pay the agreed debit interest for the period between the conclusion of the contract and the declaration of withdrawal. The period begins with the sending of the declaration of withdrawal. For the period between the conclusion of the contract and the declaration of withdrawal, if the installment payment transaction is fully utilized, an interest amount of 0.25 Euro per day is to be paid. This amount will be reduced accordingly if the installment payment transaction was only partially utilized. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 100 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
