Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving any reason.
Note: The right of withdrawal expires in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal was removed after delivery (Section 312g(2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DS Shopping GmbH, Sachsenweg 9, 59073 Hamm, Germany, info@dildodave.de, fax: 02381-4897882) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, or declare your withdrawal electronically via our online withdrawal form. If you use the online form, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt by email without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Supplement regarding payment by instalments:
You may withdraw your contractual declaration within 100 days without giving any reason. The period begins after the contract has been concluded, but only once you have received all the mandatory information under Section 492(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) (e.g. information on the type of loan, on the net loan amount (cash price), on the contract term). You have received all mandatory information if it is contained in the copy of your application intended for you, or in the copy of the contract document intended for you, or in the contract document, and such a document has been made available to you. You may be informed subsequently on a durable medium about mandatory information not included in the contract text; the withdrawal period is then one month. You must be advised again of the start of the withdrawal period together with the subsequently supplied mandatory information. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in good time if the declaration is made on a durable medium (e.g. letter, fax, email). The withdrawal must be addressed to:

Consequences of withdrawal
If you have already concluded the instalment transaction, you must withdraw from the instalment transaction within 30 days at the latest and pay the agreed borrowing rate for the period between conclusion of the contract and the declaration of withdrawal. The period begins when the declaration of withdrawal is sent. For the period between conclusion of the contract and the declaration of withdrawal, an interest amount of EUR 0.25 per day is payable if the instalment transaction has been drawn on in full. This amount is reduced accordingly if the instalment transaction was only drawn on in part.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. Shipping costs may be charged subsequently if a partial withdrawal means that the free-shipping threshold is no longer reached.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 100 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 100 days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
