dildodave.de is operated by DS Shopping GmbH, Sachsenweg 9, 59073 Hamm, Germany. We have been running the shop in our own name and for our own account since 2013.
Where our goods come from
We source our entire range exclusively through the official distributors of the respective manufacturers. We do not trade in counterfeits, grey imports or clearance stock of unknown origin. Every item you order from us is original merchandise from the manufacturer stated.
Replicas and alternative products
Part of our range consists of products modelled on well-known branded items without originating from that brand. We always list such items under the name of their actual manufacturer and say so in the product description. A replica is never offered here as an original item of the brand it resembles. If you are unsure who made an item, just ask us – we will tell you.
Where our product images and specifications come from
The product photos and technical details on our product pages – dimensions, materials, colours and features – come from the official media material of the manufacturers or their authorised distributors. We use this material with their permission as part of our trading relationship. That is why you may see the same manufacturer photos at other specialist retailers.
We write the descriptive texts on our product pages ourselves. Where we adopt manufacturer specifications, we reproduce them unchanged.
How we keep the information up to date
We regularly compare the information on our product pages with the manufacturers' data sheets and correct discrepancies as soon as we notice them. Customer feedback about differences between the description and the item delivered feeds directly into the upkeep of our product data. If we find a contradiction we cannot resolve, we withdraw the item from sale until the information is correct.

All brand and product names mentioned on this website are the property of their respective rights holders. They are named solely to describe the original merchandise we offer. Naming a brand does not imply any affiliation with the trademark owner beyond our retailer relationship.
