Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving any reason.
Note: The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).
The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DS Shopping GmbH, Sachsenweg 9, 59073 Hamm, Germany, info@dildodave.de, Fax: 02381-4897882) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose or declare the withdrawal electronically via our online withdrawal form. If you use the online form, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

You can withdraw from your contractual declaration within 100 days without giving any reasons. The period begins after the conclusion of the contract, but only after you have received all mandatory information according to § 492 paragraph 2 BGB (e.g. information on the type of loan, information on the net loan amount (cash price), information on the contract term). You have received all mandatory information if it is contained in the copy of your application intended for you or in the copy of the contract document intended for you or in the contract document and such a document has been provided to you. You can be informed subsequently about mandatory information not included in the contract text on a durable medium; the withdrawal period will then be one month. You must be reminded again of the start of the withdrawal period with the subsequently provided mandatory information. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in good time, if the declaration is made on a durable medium (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). Consequences of withdrawal
If you have already concluded the installment transaction, you must withdraw from the installment transaction within 30 days at the latest and pay the agreed debit interest for the period between the conclusion of the contract and the declaration of withdrawal. The period begins with the dispatch of the declaration of withdrawal. For the period between the conclusion of the contract and the declaration of withdrawal, if the installment transaction is fully utilized, an interest amount of 0.25 Euro per day must be paid. This amount will be reduced accordingly if the installment transaction was only partially utilized.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. Shipping costs may be charged subsequently if a partial withdrawal causes the free shipping limit to be undercut.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 100 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 100-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
