How do I use a long chain safely?

With lubricant, bead by bead and without hurry. Hold the handle firmly: the finger loops always stay outside, and the chain is never inserted all the way. Take just as much time to pull it out, slowly and evenly, never with a jerk.

Do I have to insert all ten beads?

No. You can start with the small beads at the front and work your way up to the larger ones over several sessions. Never push against resistance, and stop at once if there is pain or blood.

Which lubricant suits it?
