Does it fit every build?

Shoulder straps and forearm strap are adjustable, but the sleeve itself has a fixed size. How tightly it sits therefore depends on arm length and shoulder width; with very broad shoulders it gets tight.

What are the openings in the buckles and the D-ring for?

A padlock can be passed through the small round openings in the buckles so that the straps cannot be undone; a lock is not included. You can attach a rope, a chain or ankle cuffs to the D-ring. If you play with a lock, keep the key within reach.

What does the position ask of the shoulders?

An arm binder pulls the elbows together behind the back, and that stretches the shoulders a lot. Close it only as far as it goes without strain in the shoulders, and never by force. The D-ring is not used to pull the arms upwards.

How does play stay safe?
