How does the collar close?

A small metal fastener sits at the nape, which you hook closed behind your neck. So you do not have to pull the body over your head: you step in, pull it up and close the collar last.

Can the lacing be opened?

The bands are attached to the edges of the opening and cross at even intervals. There are no eyelets or bows to undo; the lacing is part of the cut and stays as it is when you put the body on.
