Soft, with a dense, short pile. Unlike lace or tulle, velvet is opaque.

How does the chemise fit?

Close to the figure: thanks to the small share of elastane it fits snugly at the bust and waist and falls straight to the hem without widening towards the bottom.

What shade is petrol?

A deep blue-green between turquoise and dark blue. Thanks to the velvet pile it looks lighter or richer depending on the light.

How long is the chemise?

It is cut short and ends at the upper thigh. That makes it more of a mini dress than a long nightdress, and the white hem draws a clear line across the leg.
