No, it comes afterwards. Cleaning is done with water and a cleaner; the powder is the care for the dry surface.

Why does TPE turn sticky?

Because plasticizers migrate to the surface, above all with residual moisture and warmth. Powder keeps the surface dry and prevents exactly that.

How much do you use?

A small amount is enough for one sleeve. Take too much and you have white powder in the grooves that wants rinsing out again before the next use.

Can you use ordinary baby powder?

Do you need it for silicone?
