How do you put the bar together?

You choose how many parts to connect: a short section is enough for the wrists, while between the ankles it can be the full length. Place the rings with the snap hooks where the cuffs should hang, and before clipping in check that all parts are firmly joined.

Which restraints go with it?

Any wrist and ankle cuffs with a D-ring or eyelet that a snap hook can grip. Padded cuffs are under bondage, metal restraints under handcuffs.

How wide may the spread be?

Start with a short bar and only lengthen it once the position feels good. Hips, knees and groin should never be under constant strain; if it pulls there, shorten the bar or unclip one side.
