What does the ball do?

It strokes over the G-spot instead of merely setting it vibrating. The ball rolls back and forth beneath the silicone, with the vibration running as well. Start with a low intensity until you know how the movement feels.

How do you position it?

With the curve towards the belly. The G-spot lies a few centimetres inside on the front wall of the vagina. Insert the tip far enough for the ball to rest there; the long handle end stays outside and gives you hold.

Can it be used anally?
