Do you have to top it up?

During longer sex, yes. Water evaporates and the gel gets thicker over time; a few drops of water or a fresh portion make it slippery again.

Is it good for anal use as well?

Yes, as long as there is enough of it. The body produces no moisture of its own there, so be generous and top up early. For long anal sessions there are more specialised gels under anal and fisting lubricant.

How much do you need?
