The Black Handcuffs by Darkness are wide cuffs in imitation leather and neoprene with a pin buckle and D-ring; they are joined by a short metal chain with snap hook. From outside they look like leather, inside they feel like a sports strap. Buckle, D-ring, studs and chain are silver, and the edges of the cuffs are stitched. Unlike a metal shackle, a wide cuff spreads the pull over a larger area and does not tighten further by itself. The rules are still the same: two fingers must fit between cuff and wrist. Scissors lie within reach so that everything can be opened in seconds if needed, and the snap hook is undone first.
