How do the chains sit?

Gold chains hang in loops from the heart ring on the waist belt across the hip section and move with every step. They carry no weight, so do not hang anything on them.

How tight do you pull the straps?

Only so tight that a finger still fits under each strap and nothing digs in. If you feel numbness or tingling or the skin changes colour, open the straps at once; take the harness off before you sleep.
