S stands for EU 36; in Italy that corresponds to 40, in France to 38 and in the UK to 8. With the sliders on the straps you fine-tune the fit at chest, waist and hip.

How do you put it on?

It is easiest standing up: first the neck strap, then align the diamond lattice and the waist belt, and finally settle the hip section. Afterwards check in the mirror whether any strap is twisted.

What matters while wearing it?

A finger fits under every strap, and none digs in. If it goes numb, tingles or the skin changes colour, open the straps at once; spend the night without the harness. Two fingers of room stay around the neck, the neck strap is never for choking or breath play, and scissors lie within reach.
