How do you put it on?

Open the side buckle, slip in with your head and one arm and arrange the straps so both rings sit centrally, one on the breastbone, one between the shoulder blades. Then close the buckle again.

How do you adjust it?

Via the buckles at the shoulders and at the side. The straps should lie flat but never cut in anywhere; you must be able to breathe freely and raise your arms. If a spot goes numb or tingles, loosen it at once.

Is it meant for bondage?
