How do you put it on?

Open the buckles at the sides, pull the harness over your head and centre the large ring on the breastbone. Then close the side buckles and finally readjust the shoulder buckles.

How tight should it sit?

The straps lie flat without cutting in, and you can breathe freely and move your arms. Numbness, tingling or pressure marks mean: loosen the buckles at once.

What is the O-ring at the front for?

It holds the four straps together and is the eye-catcher of the harness. Do not put pulling force on it or hang anything on it; for bondage play there is suitable gear under BDSM sex toys.
