How do you put it on?

Loosen the shoulder buckles a little, slip both arms through the side loops as with a waistcoat and pull the harness onto your shoulders. The chest strap then lies horizontally across the upper chest, and you tighten the buckles evenly.

How do you set it correctly?

Both shoulder straps the same length, so the rings sit at one height at the front. The straps should lie close but never cut in anywhere, and you must be able to breathe freely. If a spot goes numb or tingles, loosen it at once.

May you pull on the rings?
