How do you put it on?

Open the chest belt, slip the shoulder straps over your head and centre the chains at the front. Then close the belt below the chest so that the vertical strap runs straight over the breastbone.

How tight do you close the chest belt?

Only so tight that you can breathe freely and deeply. The belt may lie close but must not cut in; if you notice numbness, tingling or pressure marks, open the buckles a hole wider at once.

Can the chains take strain?

They are part of the look of the harness. Do not pull on chains or rings with force and do not hang anything on them; for bondage play there is dedicated gear under BDSM sex toys.

What do you wear with it?

How do you care for it?
