How do you put it on?

Open the chest band and slip your arms under the shoulder straps so that the upper ring sits centrally on your breastbone. Then close the band around the ribcage and tighten the straps at the back until the centre strap runs straight down. Adjusting is easier with two people.

How tight may it sit?

The straps lie flat but never cut in: one finger still fits under every strap. If you feel tingling, or the skin turns numb, cold or pale, loosen it at once. The chest band sits so that you can breathe freely, and nobody yanks at the rings.

What is PU leather?
