What is the metal ring for?

It links the front part of the waistband to the band that runs to the back and adds a metal accent at the hip. It does not encircle anything and is not a cock ring. Because it is closed, it can neither be opened nor cut.

How do you put it on?

Step with both legs through the openings between the waistband and the bands and pull the waistband up to hip height. Then lay the bands flat under the buttocks and adjust the pouch so that the mesh inserts lie flat at the sides and nothing is twisted.

How tight may it sit?

The waistband and the bands lie close but never cut in. If they press marks into the skin, or the skin underneath turns numb or cold, take the jockstrap off; the size is then too small or it has slipped. How does the material feel?

How do you care for it?

The gentlest way is to wash it by hand in cool water with a little mild detergent and let it dry flat in the air. Better leave out the tumble dryer, iron and fabric softener. Store it so that the metal ring does not rub against the glossy surface of the pouch.
