How see-through is the mesh?

Semi-transparent. Skin can be seen through the holes, and on white that stands out more than with dark mesh. So it is not opaque, and under light clothing it does not stay invisible.

How does mesh wear?

Airy. Air reaches the skin through the open holes, and the elastane content lets the pouch move with you. On warm days that is more comfortable than a closed fabric.

How is the back made?

There is no fabric at the back. Two black elastic straps start at the waistband on the hips at the front, run under the buttocks and end at the waistband again at the back. They hold the pouch in place and leave the seat free.
