How do you put it on?

Step in from the bottom and pull the dress up. Close the neckband at the nape loosely enough that nothing constricts, then arrange the straps until they lie flat.

How do you attach stockings?

Put the stockings on before the dress. Then bring the suspender straps down and clip the top of each stocking at the front. Use the sliders to set the straps so they are taut without pulling.
