Where is the button?

In the middle of the flat base, between two metal charging contacts. It is marked with the on/off symbol; the Doc Johnson lettering is embossed into the silicone at the edge.

Do you need lubricant for it?

Yes, a drop of water-based lubricant between skin and vibrator. Without lubricant the surface rubs, and friction in that place becomes unpleasant rather than pleasant after a short while; that is the most common reason a lay-on vibrator gets put down after two minutes. Silicone lubricant does not belong on silicone, it leaves the surface dull. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

Which setting do you start on?

The lowest. From the bottom you can build, from the top you cannot, and the strongest setting feels weaker after a while, not stronger.

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner, then left to dry.
