How does the gag sit properly?

The ball lies behind the teeth, the strap runs below the ears to the back of the head. Only tighten the buckle enough that the ball does not slip out; the corners of the mouth must not be stretched hard. If it sits too tight, it presses on the jaw and cheeks after a short time.
