What does the thicker wall do?

It feels sturdier and dulls sensation a little. If you want to feel as much as possible during sex, a thinner model suits you better.

What if things still get dry?

Then top up with water-based lubricant. Oil, petroleum jelly, massage oil and greasy creams attack latex and make it brittle. Suitable gels are in water-based lubricant.

What does the nominal width mean?

It is the width of the condom lying flat, not a diameter. If it slips or presses noticeably, try a different width.

How do you roll it on correctly?

Tear the foil open at the serrated edge, not with teeth or scissors. Place the condom on the glans with the rolled rim facing outwards, squeeze the tip between two fingers and roll it down to the base of the penis. If you put it on the wrong way round, take a new one, as fluid may already cling to the first.

How reliably does a condom protect?

No condom protects one hundred per cent. Used correctly, it lowers the risk of sexually transmitted infections and of unintended parenthood. That means a new condom every time, never two on top of each other, and none with a damaged foil or past its date.

What about a latex allergy?

Then this condom is not suitable, as it is made of latex. If you react to latex, pick a latex-free model from the condoms.

How do you store them?

Cool, dry and out of direct sun, for example in a cupboard. Trouser pocket, wallet and glove box are no long-term solution, because heat and friction wear down the latex.
