How do you use a condom correctly?

Open it carefully, squeeze the air out of the tip, roll it all the way down. Tear the foil at the edge, never with teeth, scissors or sharp fingernails. Pinch the reservoir at the tip, place the condom on the erect penis and roll it down to the base. If it will not unroll, it is on the wrong way round, so take a new one. After ejaculation, hold it by the rim while pulling out. Every condom is used only once, and two on top of each other rub together and tear more easily.

Which lubricant goes with them?

A water-based or silicone-based one. Oil, petroleum jelly, massage oil and greasy creams attack latex and make it brittle, so they never go near these condoms.

What about a latex allergy?

Then these condoms are not the right choice. Anyone who reacts to natural latex picks a latex-free model made of polyisoprene or polyurethane.

What size are these condoms?

The medium standard size. What decides the fit is the nominal width, meaning the width of the condom lying flat. If it pinches or slips, a different nominal width suits you better.

How do you store condoms properly?

Cool, dry and out of direct sun. A trouser pocket, glove box or wallet is unsuitable in the long run, because heat, pressure and friction wear the latex. If the date has passed or the foil is damaged, you throw the condom away.

How safe are condoms?

Used correctly they protect well, but no method reaches a hundred per cent. Put the condom on before any first contact, not just shortly before climax.
