How can you tell whether the standard size fits?

By the fit: the condom sits snugly without pressing at the base and rolls down smoothly all the way. If it slips during sex or forms folds, it is too wide; if it constricts, it is too tight. The right size depends on girth, not on length.

How do you put the condom on correctly?

Open the foil carefully with your fingers, never with teeth or scissors. Pinch the reservoir at the tip, place the condom on the erect penis and roll it down to the base, with the rolled rim on the outside.
