What do you use the two wedges for?

The large cushion lies flat on the bed, sofa or floor and serves as an inclined surface you lean against; the small wedge then goes under the head as support. If you slide the small wedge under the hips, with the pointed end under the pelvis, it raises them.

Which positions work with it?

If you lie face down on the large wedge and slide the small one under the hips, the bottom is raised and the knees are supported. You can also drape yourself over the large wedge and support chest or head with the small one while you bend forward. Try things out until a position suits you both.

How do you clean the covers?

Take off the outer and inner covers and wash them cold in the machine so that the material does not overheat. They are best air-dried if your dryer runs hot. The foam core stays out of the wash.
