The Love Balls Eggs and Bullets by Baile are two TPR balls, densely covered all over in soft nubs. A narrow, smooth seam without nubs runs around the middle of each ball. A thin, light-coloured cord joins them one behind the other and ends in a loop. The nubs change nothing about the principle but change the feel when you move. Sitting and lying you usually barely feel them, walking and climbing stairs clearly, because movement makes them noticeable. They cannot get lost, because the vagina ends at the cervix. They are not meant for anal use, as they have no flared base. They sit under love balls, under sextoys for women and in our sex toys section.

How do you train with them?

In pelvic floor training, holding is the exercise: insert, hold and get on with your day. For insertion it helps to lie down or put one foot up; then one ball goes in first, followed by the other. Ten to fifteen minutes daily is enough. Longer is not better, because a tired muscle does not get stronger, and left in overnight the balls only irritate.

How do they come out again?

By the retrieval cord. It stays outside and is not inserted. Pulling it while the muscle is still holding makes it needlessly hard; relaxing briefly is enough. Then pull slowly and straight, so the balls follow one after the other.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and not much of it: a drop makes insertion easier, too much makes the balls slippery. Oil attacks the soft TPR. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How are they cleaned?

Wash with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner rinse thoroughly between the nubs and let them dry completely. Further models are under love balls.

How should they be stored?

Dry and on their own, ideally in a pouch. TPR is soft and porous and should not rest against other soft toys for long, otherwise the surfaces can stick together or discolour.
