How do you prepare the massage?

Lay out a large towel or a wipeable sheet, because the gel makes every surface slippery. Keep a second towel ready and make sure the room is warm.

How do you warm the gel?

Stand the closed bottle in warm water for a few minutes. In the microwave it heats unevenly, and you only notice hot spots on the skin.

How much gel do you need?

More than for a hand massage. Start with a handful on the back or chest, spread it with both hands and add more as needed.

Why a water base and not oil?

What do you watch out for after the massage?
