Nuru massage gel by Eros is meant for nuru massage, a full-body massage in which two bodies glide back and forth over each other. The gel is colourless, odourless and silicone-free and contains minerals. On the skin it becomes a smooth, wet film that stays slippery for a long time as long as the skin is damp. Two hundred and fifty millilitres in the handy white bottle are enough to get to know nuru; for a long massage over the whole body, though, the amount can run short. The bottle fits on any bathroom shelf and can be held in one hand while the other spreads the gel. A red sun with two bodies is printed on it. It is made in Germany. How do I start?

Wet the skin with warm water and spread a handful of gel on the back or belly first. Warm it between your hands beforehand; cold on the skin it is unpleasant. If the glide fades, a splash of water helps.

What is in it?

The base is water, with aloe vera juice, glycerin, sorbitol and an extract of bladderwrack, a seaweed. It is preserved with phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin.

What do I need underneath?

A waterproof base such as a nuru mat or a sheet of plastic, with towels on top. The gel makes tiles, shower trays and smooth floors very slippery: get up slowly and wipe up spills straight away.

How does it come off?

With warm water in the shower; you usually do not need soap. Wash towels and sheets as normal afterwards.

How long does it keep after opening?

Twelve months. After that, do not use any leftovers; until then keep the bottle tightly closed, cool and out of direct sunlight.
