What is in it?

The base is water, with aloe vera juice, glycerin, sorbitol and an extract of bladderwrack, a seaweed. It is preserved with phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin.

How do I use it?

Moisten the skin with warm water and put the warmed gel on it. Spread it with your hands first, then massage with your whole body. If it gets thick, a splash of water brings the glide back.

What does nuru mean?

The word comes from Japanese and roughly means slippery. It describes a massage in which the gel and skin-to-skin contact are at the centre.

What is the best surface to massage on?

A nuru mat or a plastic sheet with towels on top. Tiles, shower trays and smooth floors become very slippery with the gel: get up slowly and wipe up spills straight away.

How does it come off?

With warm water in the shower; you usually do not need soap. Wash towels and sheets as normal afterwards.

How long does it keep after opening?
