How do you check the temperature?

Pour the first drops onto the inside of your own forearm before the wax goes onto anyone else’s skin. If it feels too warm there, wait a moment. While the candle is burning it is never left unattended.

Does it work with condoms?

Not with latex condoms. The melted wax contains oil, and oil makes latex unsafe. If you use condoms, add a water-based lubricant for sex, for example from the selection under water-based lubricant.

How long does one candle last?

Only the top layer melts during each massage. The rest stays solid in the glass, and next time you simply light the candle again.

Does the wax stain?

Like any oil, yes. Greasy marks stay on sheets and clothes and only come out with detergent, so put a towel down beforehand.

Is the wax a lubricant too?

No. It is made for massaging the skin, not for intimate areas, because oil stays put for a long time and is hard to remove internally.

Where do you put the candle down?

On a firm, level surface, away from bedding, curtains and anything that can catch fire. After burning, hold the glass by its upper rim, as it gets warm while the wax melts.
