What does it contain besides the oils?

Tocopherol (vitamin E) and the fragrance substances limonene, linalool and citral. There are no other ingredients.

How do you massage with it?

Put a few pumps into your palms, rub the oil briefly so it takes on the warmth of your hands, and spread it with long strokes over the back, shoulders or legs. You can add more at any time.

Is it compatible with condoms?

Not with latex condoms, because oil damages latex. If things carry on with a condom after the massage, wash the oil off first and use a lubricant that is expressly described as condom-compatible.

What should you watch out for with floors and sheets?
