How is it cleaned?

Only shake out the feathers, never wash them. Feathers tolerate neither water nor heat: wet they stick together, dried on the radiator they turn brittle. Oil on the skin washes off with lukewarm water.

How is it stored?

The tickler hanging or lying flat, never squashed between harder toys. The oil stays closed, cool and dark.

How is the feather tickler used?

On thin skin: neck, inner arms, belly, inner thighs. Blindfolded it works more strongly, and after a few slaps with the heart paddle the same feather is a quite different sensation. The heart paddle only lands on the buttocks and thighs, never on the head, neck, kidneys or spine; where the limit lies is agreed beforehand.
