What does the double movement feel like?

Like stroking with a twist in it. While the sleeve travels along the shaft it turns as well, so the nubs run not just up and down but also diagonally across it.

How do you start?

With plenty of lubricant and the slowest setting. Put water-based lubricant into the sleeve and onto the shaft, insert the penis and only then switch on. Only increase once it feels good. If you feel pain, numbness, discolouration or blisters, switch off at once. You will find suitable lubricant under water-based lubricant.

How do you get the sleeve out?

Via the black entry piece. Twist it clockwise, take it off and pull the TPE sleeve out. That way you wash it separately from the housing.

How do you clean it?

The sleeve with warm water and soap, the housing only wiped with a damp cloth. Let the sleeve dry completely in the air before putting it back; TPE is porous and otherwise holds on to moisture. Take the batteries out if it is going to lie unused for a while.
