Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one. Silicone oil attacks soft plastics and makes the surface tacky over time. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Take the insert out, rinse it with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and let it dry properly before it goes back into the unit. Only wipe the unit itself with a damp cloth, because it does not go in water.

Can it be warmed up?

Only the insert, taken out: a few minutes in warm water, not in the microwave and not on the radiator, then dry it well.

How is it operated?
