How does the vibration get in?

Via the bullet: you push it into the hole at the closed end of the sleeve. Without the bullet you use it as a perfectly ordinary stroker.

Which batteries does the bullet need?

Three AG13 button cells, also known as LR44. They are included; you can get replacements wherever watch and calculator batteries are sold.

How is it cleaned?

Which lubricant fits?
