The Milking Machine Tremblr BT-R by F-Machine works on the penis while you lie or sit with your hands free. Everything is housed in a sturdy black hard case with blue latches and a carry handle: the drive unit with the blue control panel is built firmly into the lower half, and a net in the lid holds the coiled hose. Via this hose a black tube is connected, into which the penis goes. It ends in a soft, funnel-shaped silicone opening that settles against the skin. How do you prepare it?
