The capsule shell is made of cellulose (HPMC) rather than gelatine, maltodextrin serves as a bulking agent and silicon dioxide (E551) as an anti-caking agent. It is made in the EU. How do you take the capsules?

One capsule a day with breakfast, swallowed whole and not chewed. After four months of use a one-month break is intended. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.

Who is it not suitable for?
