How long may the clamps stay on?

Briefly, about 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Pull the bead only loosely at first and increase the pressure slowly. When you take them off, the blood rushes back, and that can hurt more than wearing them. If the skin goes numb, cold or changes colour, take them off at once. Never put them on injured or irritated skin.

How do you switch on the vibration?

With the button at the end of the bullet. It switches the vibration on and off, separately on each clamp. So one side can vibrate while the other rests.

How do you change the batteries?

Pull the bullet out of the pad and open it at the cap. Inside are three LR41 button cells. Mind the polarity when inserting them and close the cap firmly again.
