The Whip Scandal by CalExotics is a flogger: many flat black falls with a finely grained surface on a red and black patterned handle that is finished at both ends with black riveted collars; a wrist loop sits at the end of the handle. Where may you strike?

On the buttocks and the back of the thighs, nowhere else.
