How do you put it on?

While soft: hold the cuff at the side of the base and close the strap around the scrotum first, then the one around the shaft. Pull both only far enough that they lie flat without cutting in; a finger should still fit underneath.

How do you take it off again?

Pull the hooked end back a little and thread it out of the slot. Practise this once calmly beforehand so that it goes quickly when it matters.

What is the D-ring for?

It is an eyelet for a snap hook, for example from a lead. Any pull on it acts directly on the sensitive skin at the base, which is why you never pull or yank on it.

How long may you wear it?
