How long may you wear it?

For 20 to 30 minutes at a time at most. Take it off at once if numbness, coldness, discolouration or pain appear, and never fall asleep wearing the ring. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, only use it on a doctor’s advice.

How do you put it on?

With lubricant and while the penis is not yet fully hard. A drop of a water-based one from water-based lubricant helps it slip on; silicone lubricant would attack the surface. Slide the ring down to the base and turn the bow upwards. It should sit well but never constrict.

How do you take it off?

With two fingers and without a jerk. Hold it at the bow and at the underside, widen the opening a little and slide it off forwards. If it pinches, add a little more lubricant.

How do you clean it?
