The silicone is coloured deep blue and run through with golden lines that trace the shaft like reflections of light. The shaft itself is not smooth but divided into broad ring-shaped ridges that make themselves felt one after another as you move; towards the bottom it runs into a heavier bulge and then into a wave-shaped base with a suction cup. How do the ridges feel?

What does the suction cup hold on?

Smooth, non-porous surfaces such as tiles, glass or the bath. What matters is that the base is dry when you press it on. Lubricant on the underside is the most common reason a suction cup fails to hold.

How do I care for the silicone?
