Where is the prostate?

A few centimetres past the sphincter, towards the belly. The plug rests against this spot from inside with its rounded part once ring and arm are in place.

What do the nubs on the arm do?

Pressure from outside. The small bumps set noticeable points on the perineum while the plug works inside, so the same area is reached from two sides.

How long may the ring be worn?
