How do you activate the self-lubrication?

Put a little water or saliva on the lips and into the entrance, and the material releases its lubricant. That is enough for about 30 uses. Later on, add a water-based lubricant, for example from water-based lubricant; oil and silicone-based lubricant do not agree with TPE.

How does it sit in the hand?

How do you get it clean again?
