How is the bench used?

Most often kneeling: the knees rest on the step, chest and arms lie on the slope, and the pelvis is free from behind. Turned round, you lie with your back on the slope, or you sit on the higher side facing your partner.

How are the cuffs attached?

They hang on connectors with D-rings that hook into the attachment points on the base. This way you fix hands and feet wherever suits the position, and take the connectors off when the bench is to be used without restraints.

What do you watch out for when tying?

Close the cuffs so that a finger fits underneath, and check regularly that hands and feet stay warm and feel normal. Tingling, numbness or pale, bluish skin mean: release at once. The connectors must open with one movement at any time, safety shears lie ready, and anyone tied up is never left alone and not kept in the same position for long. How is the bench cleaned?
